Skywave is a game

Skywave's radio propagation model is deliberately simplified to make a fair, playable puzzle. It is not a prediction or planning tool. Don't use it to plan real contacts, emergency communications or anything that matters. For real conditions, use VOACAP or live propagation data.

All stations and callsigns in the game are fictional. Any match with a real station is a coincidence.

The money tools are estimates

The money calculators on the tools pages (CIS, Inheritance Tax and gifts, late payment interest and the VAT threshold) give estimates, not tax, legal or financial advice. They follow the GOV.UK and Bank of England sources they cite, but they can't cover every situation and the rules and rates change. HMRC's own calculation decides what you actually owe or get back, and a contract or a court can decide what a customer owes you. Check anything that matters with HMRC, GOV.UK or a qualified adviser before you act on it.
